Faulty or Damaged Items


If an item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with:

A photo of the packaging



We will replace the item or arrange a refund if the product is proven to be faulty or damaged on arrival.

No Change of Mind Returns


We do not accept returns if:


You have changed your mind


You ordered the wrong item


You decided you no longer want the product


The candle has been used or lit

Leaving candles unattended or burning longer than recommended


Not trimming wicks


Exposure to heat, sunlight, or misuse
